Ignore them. All legitimate drivers are free from the chip manufacturer (Prolific, FTDI, WCH, Silicon Labs).

"AWM" stands for Appliance Wiring Material. It is an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) safety rating standard. The number "20251" specifies the physical properties of the raw wire—such as its voltage rating (typically 150V), temperature limits (60°C or 80°C), and insulation material.
Uncheck "Show compatible hardware" if necessary, and look for an older driver version (such as version 3.3.2 or 3.8.x from 2008 to 2015). Ignore them
The failure of the AWM 20251 cable to initialize is caused by the "Chipset Lottery." Two cables with identical external markings and molding may contain entirely different Integrated Circuits (ICs).
