The safest and most efficient way to download the Arabic language pack is through the built-in Windows Update system. This ensures you receive the correct 64-bit files tailored to your specific version of Windows 10 Pro. Step 1: Open Language Settings

If the download progress bar freezes, Windows Update services may be temporarily stuck. Open the , type Services , and press Enter. Scroll down to find Windows Update . Right-click it and select Restart .

Select the official application published by Microsoft Corporation . Click or Install .

Follow the steps in Method 1 to enable the language in Settings > Time & Language . Troubleshooting: Common Arabic Language Pack Issues

Under "Preferred languages," click the Add a language button (indicated by a plus sign).

Ensure Install language pack and Set as my Windows display language are checked. You can also select Speech and Handwriting if needed.

Method 2: Offline Installation via Local Experience Packs (LEP)

: Press the Windows key + I or click Start > Settings . Navigate to Language : Go to Time & Language > Language .

Obtain the official Microsoft Windows 10 Language Pack ISO or the specific Arabic .cab file matching your exact Windows 10 build version (e.g., version 22H2) and 64-bit architecture. Press Windows Key + R to open the dialog box. Type lpksetup and press Enter . Click Install display languages . Click Browse and locate the downloaded Arabic .cab file.

(Replace C:\path\to\your\arabic.cab with the actual location of your downloaded file.)

Settings → Language → Click Arabic → Remove. The keyboard layouts will also disappear.
